Chocolate Pudding Canning Recipe
A rich chocolate pudding perfect chilled in the fridge or canned for later.

Ingredients
- 1½ cup White sugar
- 1 cup Cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp Tapioca starch
- ½ tsp Salt
- 6 Egg yolks slightly beaten
- 6 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large pot.
- Beat together milk and egg yoks.
- Gradually add to pot while stirring, combine well.
- Using medium heat and stirring continuously, bring the mixture to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir vanilla.
- Fill 24 sterilized ¼ pint jars leaving ½ inch head space.
- Wipe Rims and screw on the lids finger tightly.
- Pressure can for 10 minutes at 10lb. Be sure to adjust if needed for your altitude.
- Water bath for 1 hour.
Notes
Any milk can be used in this recipe. Recipe may seem runny but will thicken as it sets.
