Hot Pepper Jelly
Ingredients
- 1½ Cup red pepper finely chopped and seeded
- 1 Cup yellow pepper finely chopped and seeded
- 1¼ Cup green pepper finely chopped and seeded
- ¼ Cup jalapeno finely chopped and seeded
- 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 pkg sugar reduced pectin
- 2 Cup sugar
Instructions
- Add peppers, vinegar, and pectin to pot
- Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil.
- Add sugar and return to a rolling boil for 6 minutes
- Fill sterilized jars,leaving ¼ inch headspace. Wipe rims and screw on lids. WB for 10 minutes
