Hot Pepper Jelly

Hot Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • Cup red pepper finely chopped and seeded
  • 1 Cup yellow pepper finely chopped and seeded
  • Cup green pepper finely chopped and seeded
  • ¼ Cup jalapeno finely chopped and seeded
  • 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pkg sugar reduced pectin
  • 2 Cup sugar

Instructions

  • Add peppers, vinegar, and pectin to pot
  • Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil.
  • Add sugar and return to a rolling boil for 6 minutes
  • Fill sterilized jars,leaving ¼ inch headspace. Wipe rims and screw on lids. WB for 10 minutes
